Sales Calls : Use our system + AI caller tools to make outbound sales calls to potential clients. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns like e-mails and phone calls. 2. Client Meetings : Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to discuss their marketing needs. Present and propose tailored digital marketing solutions. 3. CRM Management : Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Track interactions and follow-up activities with prospects and clients. 4. Training for New Hires
Manually executing onboarding tasks with each new employee is an inefficient use of resources. We need a training plan that will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide our HR personnel with standardized feedback and data about employee progress. This project should focus on: Gathering relevant course design and content information for from interviews with key stakeholders. Ensuring new employees complete specific onboarding tasks. Reducing new employee’s adjustment period. We would like to automate our onboarding process in order to ensure that they all familiar with our services, and how to access the data. We do have content and presentations that we have created for the past 3 years, that can be used for it, as well as we have the online training of Google and FB that is part of our training program. The Goal is to be able to hire new employees to our sales and marketing department, that will integrate faster to our new company. Currently, we don't have a formal process or great monitoring on the completion of the tasks, and the level of knowledge that they gain prior to starting to talk to clients. We do have this knowledge when they are using the Google online courses.

Through this project, students will be expected to: survey potential customers and conduct user testing, identify and evaluate potential customer profile and markets, and research the existing social media pricing models of various other competitors. They will be expected to conduct a full competitor analysis and recommend a new, more sustainable and efficient structure. The development of presentation decks for several interesting startups. We help to develop and also invest in multiple startups, and we need help with strategies and presentations to Investors. All the startups involve with Machine learning and Artificial intelligence. We aim to hire students from Schulich. My marketing assistant has graduated from Schulich. If I am able to connect with the students and build relationships for future hires, that is ideal. Creative, think out of the box, and able to create winning presentations, we are Google Premier Partners, company established in 2015, and ranked number 2 in Canada for new client revenues to Google, I'm the current judge of the worldwide competition of Wix SEO Hero, we have offices in Vaughan, Calgary, Montreal, and have employees and vendors in Israel and India. We aim to hire students from Schulich specifically. My marketing assistant graduated Schulich as we've had a great experience with that hire. Looking for more. The group of student-consultants will present a 40-slide deck that includes internal and external analyses that inform their strategic recommendations and implementation plan.
