Flexibility in negotiating project scopes ensures a mutually beneficial collaboration.
Indigenous Economic Development
ADMN 225
The students are business students with introductory backgrounds, but are learning about barriers and success in working towards Indigenous economic development. They could easily help in projects with a business focus as they will have some background in human resources, marketing, organizational behaviour and Indigenous studies. They can help in projects related to economic development and companies can expect they help move their projects forward, as we will have numerous teams working towards the same goal. This will allow companies some human resources to push their plans forward with fresh thinking and new ideas.
