Develop an implementation plan that includes innovative ways that Elantis can increase brand awareness to post-secondary institutions. Sourcing Strategies – Evaluate Elantis' current sourcing strategies and recommend recruitment methods and channels for difficult to fill or niche talent. Diversity (DEI) Recruitment Strategies – Evaluate Elantis' current recruitment strategies and develop a specific diversity recruitment strategy for difficult to fill or niche talent. Careers Website – Elantis is planning to redesign its website in early 2023. As part of this website project, the Careers page will be redesigned. Evaluate Elantis' current careers page and recommend content to improve employment brand and image to attract a desired candidate talent pool.
