Our primary goal with this project is to transform the employee handbook into a document that not only educates but also inspires, engages, and reflects our vibrant company culture. To accomplish this, we're exploring innovative approaches and incorporating design elements that make the handbook more visually appealing, user-friendly, and even fun to read!

1. Identifying outdated statements, obsolete policies, and any information that needs to be updated to align with current legal and industry standards.
2. Reorganizing the content to improve its flow and structure, making it easier for employees to find the information they need quickly.
3. Incorporating eye-catching visuals, infographics, and illustrations throughout the handbook. These elements will not only make the content more visually appealing but also help convey complex concepts in a more digestible manner.
4. Exploring the possibility of including interactive elements such as clickable sections, hyperlinks, and cross-referencing to allow employees to navigate seamlessly between different sections and policies.
5. Infuse the handbook with our unique company culture by incorporating personal stories, testimonials, and photographs to showcase our diverse team and foster a sense of belonging among employees.

I will maintain communication with the students and provide any information or data that they need. I can acquire media resources (photos, graphics) as needed. I will also work with the students to complete this project. I would also like to offer college credit for this project. It would be especially educational for Human Resources or business students.
