Sourcing Strategies – Evaluate Elantis' current sourcing strategies and recommend recruitment methods and channels for difficult to fill or niche talent. Diversity (DEI) Recruitment Strategies – Evaluate Elantis' current recruitment strategies and develop a specific diversity recruitment strategy for difficult to fill or niche talent. Careers Website – Elantis is planning to redesign its website in early 2023. As part of this website project, the Careers page will be redesigned. Evaluate Elantis' current careers page and recommend content to improve employment brand and image to attract a desired candidate talent pool.

Restore Medical Clinics Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding Manual

The main goal of this project is to create a pre-onboarding and onboarding manual for staff in a health care facility, as well as streamline HR processes. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching existing HR processes and procedures. - Developing a comprehensive pre-onboarding and onboarding manual. - Identifying areas for improvement in existing HR processes. - Developing a streamlined HR process. - Testing the developed manual and process and making improvements based on feedback.
