- Researching existing HR processes and procedures.
- Developing a comprehensive pre-onboarding and onboarding manual.
- Identifying areas for improvement in existing HR processes.
- Developing a streamlined HR process.
- Testing the developed manual and process and making improvements based on feedback.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of existing HR processes and procedures.
- Identification of areas for improvement in existing HR processes.
- Development of a comprehensive pre-onboarding and onboarding manual.
- Development of a streamlined HR process.
- Testing of the developed manual and process and making improvements based on feedback.
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
- A comprehensive pre-onboarding and onboarding manual (including checklists)
- A streamlined HR process.
