Accelerate Her Future™ is a career accelerator providing self-identified Black, Indigenous and racialized women tailored programs to launch their careers in business and STEM while building networks of solidarity, allyship and action.

Looking to upskill for your future? AHF’s Virtual Career Accelerator is a by-application, 16-week program for self-identifying Black, Indigenous and racialized women residing in Ontario. Successful participants will engage in career readiness bootcamps, take part in one of three technical upskilling tracks, explore mental health and well-being strategies, while having access to small-group mentorship and career coaching. The program is rounded out with a short-term team project opportunity with a small or medium sized organization to cultivate your newly acquired skills. This experiential learning opportunity is 20 hours per individual over a 4-5 week period with a paid stipend.

Accelerate Her Future is an incredible organization with an important mission. It was an honour to be able to participate in their inaugural Virtual Career Accelerator (VCA) program. Their team is passionate, professional, and knowledgeable. We worked with a group of four students who participated in the VCA program's first cohort and were impressed with how much they knew and could do, especially in such a short timeframe. We elected to participate as a project provider in order to support and mentor other self-identifying Black, Indigenous and women of colour pursuing careers in technology. We also gained a lot from this project as the deliverables were well thought-out and will be useful to us as we improve upon our web app. Congratulations to AHF and we welcome the opportunity to work together again in the future.
