Sandbox System™ Game Enhancement and Adaptation
The Tremblay Leadership Center, operating as The Sandbox System™, seeks to enhance and adapt games developed in Phase 7 to align with their training objectives. In Phase 7B, learners will evaluate the games created by three teams, identifying which best align with the key concepts of the Sandbox System™ Training. The project involves expanding on the selected game(s) by detailing the objectives, mechanics, scenarios, and instructions. This will ensure the games can be effectively integrated into training sessions by instructors. The goal is to create a comprehensive guide that allows seamless adaptation of the games into the training curriculum, enhancing the learning experience for participants. Learners will apply their understanding of game design and instructional strategies to achieve this.
Using Technology to Enhance Engagement in the Sandbox System™
The Tremblay Leadership Center o/a The Sandbox System™ aims to make their conflict resolution services and training more engaging and playful for users. The current system includes two key steps: Conflict Resolution services (mediation) and Conflict Management Training. The goal of this project is to review the existing design and functionality of these steps, and identify opportunities for participant interaction, post-session. The project will involve researching gamification techniques, or utilizing AI technology to enhance the learning of those who have attended the programs. The ultimate objective is to engage technology in a fun way, to enhance the learning long after the participant has attended a session.

The Tremblay Leadership Center o/a PLAY NICE in the Sandbox System aims to make the initial stages of their Sandbox System more engaging and enjoyable for users. The current system includes two key steps: Conflict Resolution and Leadership Training. The goal is to review the existing design and functionality of these steps, collect user feedback, and identify areas for improvement. The project will involve researching gamification techniques, brainstorming and designing playful elements, and testing these new designs with real users. The ultimate objective is to enhance user engagement and satisfaction in the early stages of the Sandbox System.
Marketing ROI Analysis and Optimization
Evaluate the performance of each marketing channel and campaign by comparing expenditure against sales conversions. Calculate ROI. Identify underperforming areas by analyzing low ROI results and investigate potential causes. Benchmark our performance against industry standards and historical data. Develop actionable recommendations to optimize budget allocation and improve campaign effectiveness. Compile findings into a detailed report for stakeholders.
