Training Module Development

We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design training programs. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas. The main goal is for students develop a fully functional training course for our business partners.

Podcast Production

Podcasting is a rapidly growing content medium, with a highly localized consumership. Working with students, we would like to take advantage of the trend and create a season of our own podcast. We would like for students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series, based on our outcome objectives. Students will get the chance to interview successful leaders, get trained to ask insightful questions and use their digital media skills to edit and publish the podcast on behalf of Illuminate.

Business Administration

The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply) Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure. Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program. Students will create and set up a high school Illuminate club, or university reading buddy program with our National Partner.

Content Development and Publishing

We are looking for a student to help develop and distribute a newsletter that supports our organizations' cause. We think this project will include: Creating a weekly blog/newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Determining the features of a publication. Setting and enforcing deadlines. Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue. Coordinating frequency of publication. Overseeing all operations of a publication. Working with alumni to write meaningful stories and sharing them

Business Analyst

The primary focus for the student will be: Content Development - Collaborate with the Illuminate team and deliver learning content to Illuminate Universe and Illuminate Leadership Academy‘s target audience. Marketing Communications - Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to push out digital content, develop KPIs for recruitment, and activate funnels to generate more qualified learners and students. Event Planning - Support conferences and events by outreaching potential participants, analyzing data, facilitating logistics, etc. Partnerships - develop meaningful mini co-op curriculums with contacts you already have in your network to grow the Illuminate corporate partnership family.
