Details

Podcasting is a rapidly growing content medium, with a highly localized consumership. Working with students, we would like to take advantage of the trend and create a season of our own podcast. We would like for students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series, based on our outcome objectives. Students will get the chance to interview successful leaders, get trained to ask insightful questions and use their digital media skills to edit and publish the podcast on behalf of Illuminate.

Deliverables

Students could accomplish the following:

  • Script each podcast episode.
  • Edit the recorded audio for final publication.
  • Coach participants for success on the microphone.
  • Provide recommendations on increasing listenership.
  • Practice public speaking and media editing
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Mentorship will be available on a daily and weekly basis
