tabl’eau is a premium water company offering filtered sparkling and still water solutions in the hospitality, office and events customer categories. tabl’eau sets itself apart with product quality, function, design and aesthetic. tabl’eau has earned it's place as a premium/luxury brand through its customer base and strategic alignments. The icon of the brand is the bottle, referred to as a ‘carafe’. Each carafe is hand-made from recycled glass and has been offered exclusively to our customer base via B2B wholesale. Demand has since emerged for a B2C solution to sell the iconic carafe and the glassware collection directly to retail customers; therefore, tabl’eau is contemplating the launch of an e-commerce store. Upon completion, the project findings will be a part of the support information available to our tabl’eau Team. The findings will assist the Team in making well informed decisions as we build out our e-commerce program. Project Scope: Project scopes may include, but are not limited to: 1. E-Commerce Site [Insights & Recommendations] 2 Products: 750mL & 1.5L Carafes (with ability to integrate additional products) Product quantity selection Customization (custom etching, message in a bottle) Consideration of SEO fundamentals and add-ons (HARO, Pitchbox for PR/Media traction) B2B, B2C (B2E) 2. E-commerce Customer Journey Product selection experience Payment experience (payment gateways, currency of choice, taxes, shipping & handling fee) Post-purchase confirmation experience 3. Inventory Management Audit/recommend inventory control software to integrate into E-commerce page 4. Fulfillment & Shipping Audit & recommend shipping methods (US & Canada) Ship and track updates Fulfillment and logistics reporting Additional recommendations for distribution 5.
