KnowQuest combines Credibility of users with Anonymity of ratings and Security (no personal information collected or sold) and Homogeneity (ratings are layered, not just 5 stars - thus, they are highly informative, powerful, and easily comparable). 2. By charging the customer a little less, and paying care workers much more, we ensure higher quality, better value, and better matches.
