- What is the main goal for this project?

We would like frontend developers to collaborate closely with designers and our broader product team to optimize site speed, UX/UI. You’ll use the latest web standards in React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Students should be prepared to:
- Be a product-minded developer who cares about the "Why" - Why build this feature? How will we measure impact?
- Have a passion for efficiency and collaboration, with the ability to establish great relationships with other teams, across time zones
- Have a passion for how their work drives to high-converting outcomes
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Projects will be completed using modern agile software development practices. A baseline score of page speed, insights, and conversion metrics at the project's start will be used. At the end of the project, we will be able to measure the student's work in correlation with reasonably intended outcomes and goals.
