With over 30 years of finance and operations experience, Eddie Lee is the founder of OneHub Business Development Centre, First Financial Controller Inc., and Canada Business Enterprise. Eddie manages over a dozen companies in Canada and helps overseas organizations as a CFO and senior executive. He also focused on serving the Ontario Asian community by established OneHub Growth Organization.
Eddie held a leadership position for many years at Acer Group, a leading multinational IT provider. During his engagement with Acer, Eddie helped set up their operations in China and Europe. He implemented a worldwide business development strategy which helped Acer build functional excellence and accelerate growth in the past decade.
Throughout Eddie’s career, he has proved the effectiveness of his leadership in cities across the globe including Toronto, Winnipeg, London, Zurich, Milan, Paris, San Jose, Barcelona, Stockholm, H.K., Taipei, Beijing and Shanghai.

We would like students to help us with creating content for our company to share on social media. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. OneHub provides “holistic business services” for businesses , individuals , entrepreneurs , and community members from essential business services to highly customized solutions. Unlike many consultant agencies, OneHub has a diversity of services and their very own facilities of over 5000 square feet. OneHub is simply the ultimate place for business. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Market Research
We want to get a better understanding of company cultures & characteristics. This project will involve individuals researching the top companies (Fortune 500) regarding their workplace culture, climate, organizational structure, branding & ecosystem, and key elements that define them as a top company. The research assignment will include: Target Group: Fortune 500 (various industries) Keywords (values) associated with each company relevant to the workplace culture, climate, etc. Allocate companies into categories based on their similarities of values Provide suggestion of how many categories these companies should be assigned Main Objective: Understanding workplace culture, climate, etc using researched data from the market

We are seeking to find a team who can provide insight, or advice for our client regarding the following items: Market planning : develop market planning for our clients: 1. Mobile phone shops and kiosk retails 2. Chinese restaurants e.g. Bubble Tea or noodles 3. Indoor golf with simulator 4. OneHub Marketing strategy review : provide recommendations on what methods can be used to leverage and improve their current marketing & sales strategy Marketing mix strategy : provide insight and recommendations to sustainable strategies related to the marketing mix Social media : an analysis of how to leverage social media channels to reach different customer groups Conduct external analysis: (including customer, competitor, market and environment) as well as marketing mix performance Promotion planning: Studying the competitors within the business environment, students can come up with proper promotion planning for the client of choice

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? How can leverage our existing social media channels? How can we maximize our budget for advertising? How to optimize Search Engine Optimization for our website & social media platforms?
