We want to get a better understanding of company cultures & characteristics. This project will involve individuals researching the top companies (Fortune 500) regarding their workplace culture, climate, organizational structure, branding & ecosystem, and key elements that define them as a top company.

The research assignment will include:

  • Target Group: Fortune 500 (various industries)
  • Keywords (values) associated with each company relevant to the workplace culture, climate, etc.
  • Allocate companies into categories based on their similarities of values
  • Provide suggestion of how many categories these companies should be assigned

Main Objective: Understanding workplace culture, climate, etc using researched data from the market
