Sales Process Optimization
Ecomtent enables brands to create content with Generative AI. Using Ecomtent's self-service tool, customers can create an infinite number of high-quality product images instantaneously, in any scenario, with a model of any age, ethnicity, or gender. Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. This will involve: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook
Arrimo Sales Process Improvement Project
The main objective of this project is to help Arrimo's team with its sales process. This includes building a leads list and reaching out to prospects through cold email and other ways. The main goal is to help the company book more sales calls and help them close clients.
Generating Leads for Zentein Nutrition
Zentein Nutrition produces delicious, high quality, protein bars. We have been selling direct to consumer since we launched but we are not starting our B2B sales push. The goal of this project is to generate leads for Zentein Nutrition's B2B sales strategy. This will involve identifying target businesses that align with the company's brand and gathering information so that our sales team can reach out to them.
Social Media Content Creation for a Protein Bar Company (Zentein Nutrition)
Zentein Nutrition sells DELICIOUS protein bars. (Just search us up on Google or Amazon to read our reviews). Our sales strategy is primarily e-commerce to date, due to the fact that we launched right with the first wave of COVID-19. Because of all the store closures, we decided to shift strategies from a traditional food company and go fully e-commerce instead. In order to establish an online presence, one effective way is to social media, influencers, user generated content, and posts to garner attention, communicate with consumers, and maintain a positive brand image that encourages sharing, referrals, and posts. The main goal of this project is to create amazing social media content that can attract, inform, entertain, and convert audiences across Instagram, Tiktok, and more.
