This includes building a leads list and reaching out to prospects through cold email and other ways. The main goal is to help the company book more sales calls and help them close clients.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- An understanding of Arrimo's current sales process and suggestions on how it can be improved
- A comprehensive list of potential leads
- An effective cold email strategy
- A plan for follow-up contact with leads
- An analysis of the effectiveness of the cold email strategy
Final deliverables should include:
- Weekly leads contacted and demo calls booked
- Number of leads contacted and the results
Students will be supported through mentorship from the founder. Mentorship will be given in weekly 1-1 meetings. Founder will share personal entrepreneurial journey and lessons learned.
