Due to the way the project was run it required a lot of meetings and allowed for little autonomy for the student. I think in many instances ideas could have been expressed through email saving both parties time. I thought the tasks were interesting enough to stay engaged and I felt supported throughout

This project was the most interesting project I have had the opportunity to work with thus far. Pat Frewer is the owner and creator of Carpe Diem Suites and the company's long term plans include the development and operation of inter-generational urban housing settings based on intentional community. Pat is an amazing professional, is extremely knowledgeable, and is not only kind, but easily approachable. Pat was very easy to get along with, communicated clearly and was able to provide feedback wherever needed. Thank you again for this opportunity, Pat!

So glad Carpe Diem stepped up to offer an opportunity to our students in the Finance program at St. Clair College. Pat Frewer and his group have a unique value proposition in the housing market today, and take a unique and cutting edge approach. My students appreciated the application of a subject they had learned about, in some way more traditionaly, and see it extrapolated to today's everchanging housing market.
