This project was the most interesting project I have had the opportunity to work with thus far. Pat Frewer is the owner and creator of Carpe Diem Suites and the company's long term plans include the development and operation of inter-generational urban housing settings based on intentional community. Pat is an amazing professional, is extremely knowledgeable, and is not only kind, but easily approachable.
