3D modeling and rendering of our product for marketing purposes
Following are the 3 main goals of the project:Develop a graphic design of our product in a 3D model.Develop realistic rendering of the product.The final product must look clean, well defined and must developed with a focus for marketing purposes.
Liquid flow analysis and thermal simulations for a lithium Ion battery module
Following are the goals of this project that needs to be achieved through software simulations:Smooth flow of coolant within the thermal management loop without high pressure build up.Pressure should not exceed 110000 pascals within any thermal management loop component at any given point of time.Cell temperature within the battery module to stay within 20-25C no matter outside temperature levels.Flow rate of coolant should not exceed 1.6litres/minute at any given point of time.
Battery module, electrical and electronics design and development
Main goal is to undertake detailed design and development of the different electrical and electronics components of a battery pack that my be used for electric mobility and energy storage applications.
Cyber security layer for product Battery Management System
BMS is the most important component for our battery module and facilitates the function of the product. Not having a security layer can expose the product and could potentially cause damage to the user. One of our major goal is to create an end to end safe product for the user.Fetherstill has written code for the BMS to execute a specific set of functions. The main goal is to develop code and create a cyber security layer within the BMS software to avoid any system malfunction.
UX/UI design for LED touchscreen
Develop an interactive UX/UI design showcasing multiple functions for LED touch screen that will be placed on the front end of our product. The design needs to be very user friendly and extremely good looking with strong focus on customer perception and details.
Software code (coding) for Battery Management System
Write code for our product Battery Management System that is developed in-house.The schematic design for the PCB has been successfully developed.Code will fulfill various functions by the BMS for the required testing that would be undertaking in collaboration with St Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Battery thermal management system, testing and product development
Main goal is to achieve high battery efficiency at module level along with individual cell level through the application of the immersion cooling thermal management system. Also, to ensure that the cells maintain their SOC at extreme temperature variations.
