Creating graphic design branding assets

We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets for our online magazine. Our online magazine (www.intermissionmagazine.ca) is turning six this March 29th and we would love to celebrate with a new, updated look as we also hopefully celebrate the return to live theatre after such a long and hard pandemic hit to our sector. All assets will be required in time to be launched online over our website and social media platforms on March 29th, 2022. This will include: An initial meeting with Intermission Magazine's Digital Manager to discuss any questions about the magazine and our mission Coming up with an updated logo, color themes and branding guides that align with and build on our existing branding Bi-weekly meetings to check-in on the project to ensure everyone's vision for the project is aligned and on track to meet the project deadline Creating graphic design assets for our marketing materials and website based on the newly created brand guide, such as banner ads, email headers, and social media marketing assets to be launch on March 29th, 2022 Guidance and information sharing on the not-profit arts and theatre sector in Canada

Design Functional Illustrations and Templates

SkildLabs is an official Canva Creator Partner, Element Contributor, and Platform Champion 😃 The student(s) hired for this project would be able to work with the SkildLabs Team to submit SVG illustrations and functional/engaging templates to the Canva marketplace. The work produced would have the potential to be seen by more than 60 million people worldwide. The project aims to help aspiring storytellers from all fields who might not be proficient in graphic design to leverage the power of Canva to become better visual communicators.

Animation for a food sustainability documentary

FOOD SYNERGY is a multimedia feature documentary being developed in Vancouver BC Canada. It is the first documentary addressing all seven stages of the entire food supply chain. With multimedia styles ranging from song and dance to animation and interviews, it will feature 7 positive stories of local heroes empowering audience members to love food and fight waste from farm to fork.
