Digital Content Creation
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We need students to create content related to our projects Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Business Administration
The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.

New Employee Training Development
We need an online course that will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide our HR personnel with standardized feedback and data about employee progress. We would like to automate our onboarding process for this high-turnover department and reduce the time spent by HR personnel on repetitive onboarding tasks. Or recommend a new system that will help automate it
