Beginning this Fall, a McMaster University Bachelor's-level student-consulting group will:work with your organization to evaluate your current business model and customer journeyresearch, prepare, and validate future growth opportunitiesrecommend a research-backed growth strategyprovide a balanced scorecard to support incorporation of the strategy into your businessThe student-consulting group will utilize qualitative (interviews, focus groups or other ethnographic methods) and quantitative analysis and tools to propose and validate the future state. The organization will gain recommendations grounded on data for specific strategic options and considerations related to the business objectives.Note: These students are enrolled in a McMaster/Mohawk Affiliated Certificate Program. The allows the participant to earn a McMaster degree and a specialized Mohawk College certificate concurrently.
