The students where extremely well organized and accommodating. They worked very hard, were always enthusiastic and offered very good feedback on the website. Of all the projects that I have participated in on Riipen, this was one of the most comprehensive. Unfortunately, I fell ill in the middle of the project so was unable to be present during some of the final meetings but my associate took over and had very similar feedback. A job well done. I noticed from the comments that there seemed to be some disappointment that I was unable to conduct a face to face meeting. I find this strange because I had informed the educators from the beginning that I would be working from a remote location where internet was unreliable. Also the method of communication, Webex, had a dial in option. Nevertheless, it was a great group to work with. Thank you.

Professor Andrea McCann-Suchower contacted me right away and we were able to set up a video conference to see if there was a match between her class and our project. We had a great conversation and realized that Swing Paints and Red River College would be a good fit. She informed me how the process would progress since this was my first project and it all went very smoothly - all the way to the final presentation.

I received the marketing strategy presentation from the Red River Team. The presentation included all the necessary information and figures our company needed to form a few decisions. The additional work and time put into this presentation were noticeable. Your message was clear, consistent, and well-researched. Great work, nicely done!

This was such a success! Working with RRC was great experience from meeting with the professor to scope out our project to the final report by students. I am so impressed and thankful I got a chance to work with this school!

I really appreciated the work that the students did on our project. They clearly went into great depth on the Social Media marketing side of the business, and I was impressed by their insights. The students were very self directed and independant.

The group was fantastic. We had regular meetings, the guys worked hard to collect the research requirements and later, the data, then presented it all in the well-designed and insightful reports. Very pleased with the internship program, the leadership, and the students!

I would have given it 5 stars but I never received the final report. It was presented virtually, which was great, however I was told by the instructor that I would receive a final written copy + the recording of the presentation so I could share it with my colleagues but I never did.

I have held off submitting this as long as possible. However, I have lost contact with the College and neither the instructor nor administrator have responded to either mine or Riipen's emails. The project itself that submitted was not what was agreed upon by the instructor or the students. The business description alone at the introduction of the final submission is NOT my company's description, so I'm not sure where that came from. The report also regurgitated a lot of the information that I had sent over to the students to help them get started, so it's my work, not theirs. I'm afraid the final report is not usable by my company, and provided no additional insight. Please note that for startups who use Riipen, this could be a big blow, as we dedicate our resources to the project in the hopes of getting something useable, as we cannot afford to commission such work. But to get back not what was agreed upon or expected now sets us back by months, as I will have to find a new team to produce this work. I am very disappointed in this outcome.

The consumer research program at RRC is great, the staff is engaging and the students are driven to learn. The work produced was above average for students and they really worked hard to grow during the project. We recommend that you engage the students as much as possible to make sure they get the direction they need.

The RRC game development program is a fantastic experience for students, and the work produced by those students is well worth your time as an organization to support.

Working with the team from the Red River College Integrated Marketing Communications course was a great experience. Their fresh perspectives and new ideas have given us many things to consider. I particularly appreciated some of the very practical advice and tools they shared.

The professor was great at communicating the goals of the projects and checking in. It was evident during the final presentation that he is passionate about supporting his students as they integrate their knowledge with real-life projects.

Professor Kao is very helpful in matching my project with his students. He also offered extra help in fine-tuning my project scope to let my company and his students benefit most from this cooperation.

The learning curve, flattened quickly, the team was able to understand the needs and tackled is head on.

The folks at RRC Polytech in the ACE Project Space are great to deal with. They take a step back and allow the students do the work while providing coaching as needed. The students are maturing through this process and are getting business ready.
