Educators were very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my time there!

The team, WizardHire, was very enthusiastic about their contribution to the project. They demonstrated capability in most of the documentation. Meetings were attended as required. The CEO and COO were pleased with the attitude towards the project.

This was a great experience to support the real-world learning of students at RRC. Faculty was supportive and provided strong coaching to students, while encouraging to take on tasks outside of their comfort zone.

Satisfactory progression overall was appreciated.

The team worked hard to meet the objectives stated at the beginning of the session. Although some of the nice-to-haves originally planned weren't completed, the must-haves came together and the team delivered a program ready for Beta testing. Overall, the team reached functional collaboration quickly and benefitted from strong leadership and insight from their instructors.

Worked with the RRC ACE Project Space for 2 projects each with different educators. Educators were fantastic and gave realistic expectations of the deliverables and timelines based on their industry experience. Helped us navigate the scope and communicated expectations clearly. It's always a pleasure working with Red River College Polytechnic. For this project, our Nikâwiy team collaborated with a number of instructors within ACE. Each of them did wonderful on proving knowledge and support to the students while always keeping excellent communication amongst our team. Our project was a success, with thanks to each individual who contributed their time and efforts. The ACE environment is always warm, welcoming and inclusive to all who enter the space.

They also really worked with them to improve their soft skills which you could see an increase in maturity from the students through the course of the project. They let the students take the lead, they knew when to step back and when to help overall it was a great experience working with them.

The educators have prepared the students well. The students they have demonstrated both technical and strong communication and thinking skills. Very impressive also in the way the educators let the students lead and provide them support as needed.

RRC Polytech had the students ready in a great position to take on the project. Aside from the technical skills, they were very ready to communicate clearly, ask the right questions around the project, and had next steps documented for the next Agile sprint they were undertaking.

RRC Polytech have the students prepared to take on projects such as ours. They give them the technical skill and work very hard to help them develop the soft skills needed to succeed in the workforce. With very strong communication skills, they also demonstrated great critical thinking skills and using Agile project management we were able to ideate and iterate along the way to get to a great end result. The instructors new when to step in but more importantly the students learnt and were not afraid to ask to help!

The educators have the teams prepared. They take a step back and allow the students to lead but offer the support when needed. This helps to better prepare the students as it better emulates a real work experience.
