Consumer Behavior: Understand, Predict, and Influence the Behavior of Your Customers

MKTG 330

Apr 1, 2024 - May 11, 2024

In partnership with you, Franklin University's small teams of learner consultants will work to 1) identify a specific behavior of your customers, 2) dive more deeply into the motivations and influences of that behavior, and 3) offer recommendations based upon their findings. Learner teams work on one project over six weeks. This engagement entails you using virtual communication tools to connect with the teams as scheduled. Every successful marketing campaign begins with an understanding of the motivations and behaviors of the targeted consumers. Armed with that understanding, a marketer can begin to predict behaviors and, from there, learn what marketing actions may influence them.
