Cambrian College's Computer Programming - Internet of Things program offers first-year learners the opportunity to engage in practical, hands-on projects that enhance their technical and employability skills. Students will collaborate in teams to design and implement IoT systems, gaining valuable experience in project management, data analysis, and testing. Through this course, learners aim to build a comprehensive understanding of integrating hardware, software, and communications in real-world applications. As an employer, your role is crucial. Our students have the skills to create and manage organizational process change as well as an understanding of how to gather, document, and communicate stakeholder requirements. Students are well suited to recommend and evaluate solutions, provide quality assurance criteria, perform some data modeling and project management. We are looking to create a first-time mentorship opportunity for our students by pairing them with a skilled business analyst at your company who can mentor and support our students through a small project.
