Growth in US and potentially UK/Australia Markets

Frontline Web Consulting is a small digital agency that is entering a growth phase. We have clients across North America and have had clientele Australia/UK in the past as well. We compete in a truly global industry We are looking to develop a plan of action to grow our base of clients in the USA and potentially other English speaking countries as well. USA is the best fit due to time zones and social values being similar, in addition to a favorable exchange rate. For our local market of Edmonton we currently have a sales development professional Frontline has two types of clients -direct clients and white label clients. White label clients are other agencies/marketers that hire us to do different aspects of digital marketing (websites, Google ads, etc) for their clients. Direct clients are businesses we work with directly. The plan should address this. Some areas to consider (not an exhaustive list): - We do all our work in house - what kind of promotional materials do we need - financial challenges of dealing internationally - billing, taxes etc - marketing messaging - does it need to be different then local - Where to focus - geography, industry, white label or direct? - Any organizational requirements to an increased international client base? Our current international clientele was built bidding on Freelance websites and by word of mouth. While these can continue to provide clients we are looking to accelerate that growth and look forward to recommendations! Mission Statement "We work alongside our partners to understand, support and achieve their digital marketing goals through partnership, insights and creating a compelling digital presence"

Structural Change Management Project

Frontline Web Consulting is a small digital agency that is entering a growth phase. Growth will bring additional employees as well as a constant change in responsibilities for the current workforce. We are looking for ideas and planning that will allow us to grow - sometimes rapidly - without causing undue stress on the current workforce or affect our relationships with current and future clients. This growth is expected to move us from "owner operated" where the owner is involved in everything to an "owner managed" company. However we do not want to lose that owner relationship internally or externally. Things to consider in the plan (certainly not an exhaustive list): - I believe in a work/life balance - We do all our work in house - we compete internationally - fixed costs of additional employees (computers, space, etc) - profit per employee - cross training and back ups Mission Statement "We work alongside our partners to understand, support and achieve their digital marketing goals through partnership, insights and creating a compelling digital presence"
