Website Redesign for Enhanced User Experience
Key Responsibilities: Conduct usability analysis of the current website to identify pain points and improvement opportunities Redesign the website’s layout, navigation, and content structure for improved user flow Propose and develop new visual elements (icons, illustrations, imagery, and color schemes) to elevate the site’s aesthetic Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
Rebranding and Sales Strategy
We would like students to help us rebrand and create a new sales strategy for the Health and Wellness sector of the company (Sinew Fitness). Sinew Fitness offers fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching and training. Our services include: In-person coaching, virtual training and online coaching. In it's inception, the main emphasis was placed on growing in person services through it's Strength Camp Program (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6gjTp4s_K4). With the realization that over 90% of revenue has been generated from Virtual Training and Online Coaching, we see this as an opportunity to grow and have more of a broader reach. The 3 main objectives of this project are: 1.) Rebranding should be geared towars big ticket clients and corporations looking to develop health and wellness programs for staff. For this we need a new brand identity. 2.) Develop a sales strategy to increase lead generation and revenue. 3.) Scale the business (develop model that can be sold).
Sinew Inc. Digital Presence Enhancement
Sinew Inc. is seeking to enhance its digital presence to attract more customers and increase brand visibility for the Travel & Tourism sector of the company. The project involves designing and developing a user-friendly website that provides a seamless user experience. Additionally, the team will create engaging content, including written articles, visuals, and videos, to drive traffic to the website. The project also includes managing and growing Sinew Inc.'s social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, to attract potential customers. Furthermore, the team will create and implement marketing campaigns to highlight Sinew Inc.'s offerings and engage new customers. Finally, the project will involve optimizing the website and content for search engines and monitoring web traffic and social media engagement to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.
