Fundraising Event Planning

However, we are currently facing funding challenges.We would like to collaborate with students to plan a fundraising event to help meet our goals.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals.Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event.Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event.Assisting in marketing and promoting our event.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending improvements for future fundraising events.
Awareness Contest Design
Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We want to increase awareness about a particular topic.We would like to work with students to design an awareness contest where contestants promote our cause and win rewards along the way.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our organization’s goals and campaigns.Designing the contest structure and assessment criteria.Creating materials to promote the contest.Running the contest online and collecting submissions.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Assisting in assessing submissions and selecting winners.Recommending ideas for future awareness campaigns.
Data Analysis Research
We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures.Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset.Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts.Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending future areas of study.

Awareness Campaign Plan
Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We want to increase awareness about a particular topic.We would like to work with students to design a campaign that raises awareness and encourages changes in attitudes / behaviors. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this topic.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals.Identifying groups that the campaign will target.Identifying ideal outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).Identifying potential sponsors and partners who can support our campaign.Creating a promotion and marketing plan.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Assisting in the development of leaflets, posters, videos, and / or brochures.
Data Entry
Our research lab publishes dozens of papers every year to promote projects in our field of research. We would like students to find important data regarding NPO.We would like to collaborate with students in data entry.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our database structure.Transferring data into our databases efficiently.Verifying the accuracy of the data in our databases and making relevant updates.Organizing and retrieving data as requested.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Providing assistance in creating new databases.
Grant Writing
Our organization is interested in addressing societal issues and supporting social causes. However, we are currently facing funding challenges.We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined.Developing a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding.Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project.Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Identifying new opportunities for community projects.
