The project involves creating accurate and synchronized subtitles for a series of educational and fitness videos. Learners will apply their skills in video editing and transcription to enhance the accessibility of the content. The project provides an opportunity to understand the importance of accessibility in media and the technical skills required to produce high-quality subtitles. You will work on a set of pre-selected video footage, ensuring that subtitles are clear, concise, and correctly timed. This project will allow learners to apply classroom knowledge in digital media and communication to a real-world scenario, enhancing their understanding of accessibility standards and practices.

Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to assist StrongerU Senior Fitness in the development of various operating procedures and special projects. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.
Assistant to the Founder - Part 2
This is the 2nd part of the initial internship "Assistant to the Founder". Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity to provide administrative and other supports to the Founder of StrongerU Senior Fitness. We are offering an opportunity for a student to help us with designing social media content across our platforms include: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as our weekly newsletter. Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity where students will help us to shape our customer engagement processes and best practices. The Customer Engagement Coordinator role at StrongerU Senior Fitness will be instrumental in helping us reach our goal of helping 5 million seniors gain access to high-quality fitness programming by the year 2030. The primary focus of this project will be testing, tweaking, and suggesting customer engagement strategies which will become part of our Customer Engagement Guide, including: Spending time connecting, engaging, and communicating with recreation, fitness, and wellness professionals, and senior-serving organizations such as retirement communities, long-term care homes, senior centers, etc. Learning about our customers current senior fitness practices, pain points, and educating them about the adoption of the StrongerU Senior Fitness program at their organization.
