Multi-instrumentalist and sound designer Adam Logan investigates and documents the physical and aural landscapes around him; using a cubist focus to explore imagined, or real, parallel dimensions existing in the diminutive. While under the cover of the moniker GLAZ – an experimental solo project directly focused on the confluence of plunderphonics, musique concrete and vaporwave – logan exudes an affinity for building densely layered hallucinatory frameworks on which ephemeral moments of surrealism coalesce; at times presenting as naturally occurring atmospheres, sculpted dramatically enough to create ambiguity.
Beyond his work as a solo-artist Logan has also contributed to numerous sporadic and impromptu performances under various names and titles which center themselves around particular prompts or focuses. Over the years Logan has also provided recording, production, tour, and installation support for various artists from across Canada. - Resume
