At eLearnology™ we believe that effective training is the result of two key ingredients. The first is working collaboratively with our clients to ensure that we understand your needs and address your business goals. Secondly, we believe that creating effective training is a science. Providing learners with information does not equal competency and understanding. Learning must be guided carefully, using instructional design techniques that allow viewers to apply concepts, and interact with content in a meaningful way.

Web Application Tester
The student will test and improve our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web applications, specifically LMS. We are currently in the beta testing phase, with a goal for the student to test two applications utilizing the LMS: Online Leader (sport recreation) and Click to Learn (business use). In this role, the student will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and functionality of our LMS platform and applications. They will be a crucial part of the team ensuring that the applications are ready to launch.
Web Developer
The student will develop and maintain a web application that integrates with our Learning Management System (LMS) to provide technical support to users. We are looking for students who have a strong background in web development, specifically in creating Technical Support ticketing systems. In this role, the student will be a crucial part of the team ensuring that our LMS is user-friendly and that any issues are resolved smoothly.
