This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Analyzing our existing data related to shipping spend, shipping refunds and trends.- Developing a cost reduction strategy based on the data analysis.- Identifying areas for improvement in our shipping process.- Researching other variables that can reduce our shipping costs.- Accounting for additional variables in the cost reduction strategy.- Testing the developed strategy and making improvements based on additional data.
