This project is to support the phases of the Inspire partnership.
Level UP: Social Work Mentorship
There are 5 positions available for students to work together as a team to design a post graduate mentorship program for Bachelor of Social Work students as they transition into the workforce. This program will identify the needs of recent graduates and design a program that will support recent graduates in their professional social work development and identify. There will be a focus on strengthening the culture of mentorship in social work.

Riipen is looking for 10+ talented “virtual” student interns and co-ops in a variety of positions to help support our functional areas (primarily, sales, marketing and client success but also strategy and people). These positions are expected to run from May.. Interns will work directly with our functional teams in order to support and implement strategies, including, but not limited to, sales strategy, sales enablement, demand generation, and client support to help Riipen achieve its mission of ending graduate underemployment. They will be providing critical support to enabling Riipen to reach wider audiences and support new clients. In addition to learning about a specific functional area, interns will gain a broad understanding of operations at a tech scale up - the behind the scenes view. The three main functional areas we are looking to support are:

Students have been granted the opportunity to match their community partner projects from the Winter 2022 semester to the Level UP program. Projects will be confirmed with both your community partner and educator. Students must complete their exit surveys by Monday, April 25, 2022.
