Marketing Strategy Plan

We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize the use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?

Training Assistant

We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to assist with the current trainings we offer our employees. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas.

Customer Service Specialist

We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to assist with helping customers gain their best experience by resolving their concerns with empathy and care, documenting pain points to share with internal teams, and improving brand credibility. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended customer service areas.

Billing Coordinator

The billing coordinator internship will help work in the accounts payable where they oversee the entire billing process. This includes invoicing customers and clients, tracking and collecting payments, and ensuring that all invoices are error-free and paid in full.
