Farzam & Nazanin are excellent data analysts! They were able to connect our database to platforms like hotjar and smartlook to help us understand how our users are engaging with our platform. this is the second time our team launched a product and this time around we have much better clarity on user engagement due to their work. We've gained clarity on so many questions, which have helped inform our communications, UIUX and even sales.
