Website Design Using User Experience

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:The goal of my company is to provide a new housing option for seniors through developing cohousing communities. Our design of the cohousing communities revolve around activities that will enhance the social life of seniors and their wellbeing. One of our core principles is to develop these communities in a way that makes it affordable to the majority of seniors. We will need substantial investment to achieve the goals of our company. In addition to investors, we believe seniors themselves will be interested in investing in our company. We need a website that communicates the new platform we are proposing and its social aspects to seniors and potential stakeholder. We would like the website to explain the unique set of services that we will develop for seniors, create excitement and enthusiasm, while speaking to both seniors and investors. To develop the website, we need a website design that is based on our potential customers feedback, thoughts about the project and how our unique design and services will best serve them I am attaching two pictures of the design I would like to develop in addition to a Fly through video for a cohousing community. We chose a land for sale in Nova Scotia and designed a project that reflects the ideas we have in mind for cohousing communities.
