We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Tejo is a B2B Saas tool for cosmetic companies located in the heart of down town Toronto. Due to the pandemic we transitioned to be entirely remote. We are looking for students who are fascinated with the cosmetics industry and excited to create content centred around advancements in this space. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:Research new trends, technologies, brands, and marketing techniquesResearch key wordsWrite articlesIdentify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our storyinterview brand owners and industry expertsUltimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, this will be posted to our blog and other social media channels. we may also adapt popular pieces into video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

UX/UI Design

We’re looking for UX/UI talent! Do you have a background or interest in user experience design or user interface design? We’d love to see what you would do with the consumer survey and customer portal on our website. Put yourself in the shoes of a user experience designer working for our company, and give this page a complete refresh.If you were redesigning this page to increase conversion rates, visual appeal, clarity, and customer delight - what would you change? This can include adding or removing elements from the page, adding interactive or animated features, changing the customer journey from this page, and/or completely redesigning the look and feel.OutcomesYour challenge submission can be an interactive mockup, flat wireframes, a functional website, a photoshop file - whatever gets your vision across. Please feel free to be creative and depart from the design of the rest of the site if you choose, but submissions that take into consideration our branding will be assessed more favourably.

Creating Content For Social Media

Calling all makeup and skin care lovers!Tejo is a Canadian startup that sells software tools to cosmetic companies. Most notably we use facial recognition to determine consumers ideal cosmetics routines. We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets.This will include:Creating graphic design assets for our marketing materials and websites, such as our social media posts on linked in and Instagram.Growing our social media presence.Creating downloadable reports about trends in the industryCreating articles to improve SEOCreating visuals that will appeal to cosmetic companies.
