Recruiting Assistant Internship

Key Responsibilities Dependent on educational experience and may include: Review resumes and make judgements to further process canadidate Develop job postings and post jobs on company website and external job boards (unbranded/branded) Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines Lead and facilitate recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, making and negotiating offers) Conduct high volume Interviews and assess candidates in partnership with hiring panels Responsible for candidate scheduling, stage transitions and pipeline management
