Design an FAQ experience for our users
Help us create the architecture for an FAQ section on our website, which we will continue to use over time as we add features to our 5+ products. Although this might not seem so flashy on the surface, we believe that this project could involve really compelling research into how other companies, take Google for example, have structured their FAQ user experience. Your end goal will be to actually build an FAQ experience in webflow, using our company’s existing design language, and successfully create a link from one of our products to the relevant FAQ.
Conduct interviews and market research on interpretation services
Interpretation services are essential to making our cities accessible for people with communication/language barriers. However, these services certainly are not without their fair share of challenges and issues which could benefit from ongoing design and re-imagination. Help create better services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community by journey-mapping existing interpretation booking services, and connecting with users of such services to gather their stories. Your goals will include uncovering pain points and brainstorming potential solutions alongside our team of designers, developers, and business leaders who are passionate about accessibility!
