This project will begin in December 1st following a kick-off meeting & orientation for all student-hires. The end-date for the project and deliverable submission deadline is December 31st at 11:59 PM MST. The goal of this project is to elevate the visibility and public understanding of Golden Meteorite Press’s research and literary contributions. As a Marketing Intern, your role will be instrumental in deploying innovative marketing and public relations strategies aimed at effectively communicating the Press’s mission, research, and literary achievements to a diverse audience. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials, leverage multiple media platforms to broaden our reach, and utilize analytical insights to refine our communication strategies. Your involvement will help in heightening awareness about Golden Meteorite Press. Your creative contributions and dedication will assist in fostering a more informed and connected community, propelling Golden Meteorite Press’s commitment to advancing literary knowledge and promoting a deeper understanding of diverse subjects through literature.

Social Media Content Creator and Manager Intern
Motives Media Network is the leading social media brand for university students present at over 25 universities across Canada, empowering 120,000+ incoming students in 2024 alone to connect, ask questions, and prepare themselves for their university journey before stepping foot on campus. We are seeking enthusiastic students to collaborate with us and join our team as Social Media Executive Managers. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Familiarizing yourself with our brand, audience, and services to effectively represent us. Develop engaging content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement, gaining hands-on experience in key aspects of digital marketing, brand positioning, and online vitality. This content will include but is not limited to developing buzz for our university events we host and also to attract incoming first years to our instagram pages and resources. You will use marketing strategies to effectively target the desired demographics. Leverage platform algorithms on TikTok and Instagram to strategically leverage them for maximum reach and virality. Employ and identify market expansion techniques. Identifying new social media strategies and emerging platforms and strategies to boost engagement. Research alternative methods to segment and gain exposure to our target market. Employ and identify market expansion techniques. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Take part in and employ advanced segmentation and audience targeting strategies. Planning and executing social media campaigns tailored to each platform, tracking performance metrics throughout. Creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts. This role offers the opportunity to build real-world social media marketing skills while contributing to a fast-growing brand with a meaningful mission. All this while being provided guidance when needed from our team that has years of expertise in these fields.
