She demonstrated exceptional leadership by organizing and leading a series of participatory, community and arts-based focus groups with underrepresented women in sustainability. During the research process, she leveraged her strong research and analytical skills and strived to obtain embodied knowledge that unravels the emotional aspects of the socio-political struggles that underserved women face in the sustainability field. Utilizing the findings obtained from both forms of research, she demonstrated excellent writing skills by developing a critique of Canada’s Feminist International Assistance Policy (FIAP). Overall, she has successfully supported the Green Career Centre’s mission.
