Students will have two options: Business development/sales role for custom software projects: Focus on acquiring new clients for custom software products, finding proposal opportunities, and applying for grants. Creating business plans & pitch decks for consumer software products: Dive into market analysis, financial projections, and strategic planning. Tasks: Business development/sales role: Identify potential clients interested in custom software. Scout for proposal opportunities. Explore grant applications. Creating business plans: Conduct market analysis (competitors, etc.) Explore potential revenue streams Formulate strategic plans.
