Students will be assigned to develop some portion of a business plan or a complete business plan depending on the required level of details.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our company’s values, products, and services.Researching our target market and market potential.Researching the industry and competitive landscape.Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.

Financial Plan

Conseil Progressio provides management consulting services to small and medium enterprises. Our clients require assistance in the development of financial plans to apply for funding.We would like to collaborate with students to develop financial projections for various projects. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Learning about our business strategy from various employees to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products.Creating forecasts using Excel (or another financial software) for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive).Working with our team to develop an expense budget.Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections.Reporting on projected assets and liabilities.Including visual comparisons such as graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projections.Conduct market size and market growth research to establish assumptions for financial projections.

Promotional Materials and Presentations

Conseil Progressio provides management consulting services to small and medium enterprises. Our clients require assistance in the development of various marketing materials for promotional purposes. The marketing materials may include PPT presentations, fliers, and infographics.We would like to collaborate with students to develop such promotional marketing materials. Based on insights from our marketing team and your research, you will develop the above materials for our various media (email and website communications channels, event activation, printed materials for trade shows) and make recommendations on alternative media to consider such as social media, etc. to bring awareness of products and services in the target markets. The details on the specific products and services will be provided to the students.

Google Ads Campaigns 2023/2024 - Fund-Raising and Client Acquisition

Centre Solaris is a Canadian charity that runs different programs to cater to low-income families in Quebec. The organization is moving some of its programming and operational activities online. The project will be focused on one of the following campaign (s): 1) Promotion of the current online fund-raising raffle campaign The company has just launched an online raffle and needs a digital marketing person to help promote it using Google Ads campaigns;2) General online fund-raising for the organization using Google Ads;3) Online client acquisition campaigns using Google Ads. The campaigns will be focused on our summer camp programs, healthy and active living, and anti-bullying and self-defense programs.A participant with graphic designer skills is required for this project to develop visual assets for the Google Ads campaigns including graphics, short videos, and text copies. The graphics designer will be working in close collaboration with other participants in Google Ads campaigns.We are looking for students who have some Google Ads experience.
