As a Researcher at Equinix, I support the global executive talent acquisition team with data-driven insights, candidate sourcing, and relationship building. I have four years of professional experience in strategic technical and executive sourcing, researching a broad range of content, utilizing HRIS systems, managing databases, and project coordination.

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science in Environmental Ethics, Equity & Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from George Brown College. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, and I leverage my communication, research, and candidate experience skills to find the right folks for the job.
