This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.

Indigenous Business - Consulting, training, workshops & mentorship
Takoda Consulting is an Indigenous female-owned consultancy that focuses on working with male-dominated industries on how to better recruit, retain and support women. I am grateful to have a dual MBA Cornell & Queens - Graduating in 2023 and officially launched Takoda Consulting in the fall of 2023. While we're thrilled with the influx of opportunities, we're facing challenges in critical areas where additional support could be invaluable: 1. Leveraging AI: Exploring AI applications for both Takoda Consulting and our clientele to optimize operations and outcomes. 2. Streamlining Inquiry Management: Developing a structured system to manage inquiries from various channels effectively, including our website, email, and personal networks. 3. Enhancing Scheduling Efficiency: Improving our scheduling system to ensure seamless client communication and appointment booking processes. Recently paid for Motion APP and need help and accountability to get going. 4. Research on First Nations across Canada: Understanding what resource extraction and development projects impact the nations in their regions. Gain clarity on the structure of the Nation and its operations as well as demographics and historical challenges. 5 .Create and build a simple structure for financial business tracking. Annual calendar and steps to ensure nothing is missed due to overwhelm by other tasks. We're eager to collaborate with students to gain fresh perspectives and support in: - Reviewing and refining our company vision and promotion strategies. - Simplifying intake management processes and harnessing innovative ideas. - Engaging in market analysis to identify niche opportunities and competitor landscapes. -Building out our mentorship program and launching the initial pilot program. We'll align tasks with students' passions and strengths upon finding suitable matches to maximize their impact and satisfaction within our collaborative environment.

The goal of this project is to elevate the visibility and public understanding of Golden Meteorite Press’s research and literary contributions. As a Marketing Intern, your role will be instrumental in deploying innovative marketing and public relations strategies aimed at effectively communicating the Press’s mission, research, and literary achievements to a diverse audience. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials, leverage multiple media platforms to broaden our reach, and utilize analytical insights to refine our communication strategies. Your involvement will help in heightening awareness about Golden Meteorite Press. Your creative contributions and dedication will assist in fostering a more informed and connected community, propelling Golden Meteorite Press’s commitment to advancing literary knowledge and promoting a deeper understanding of diverse subjects through literature.

Community and School Partnership Building for Scholars Willow Park
The main goal for the project is to establish a strong partnership between Scholars Education and the community and schools in the Willow Park area. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the needs and interests of the community and schools in the Willow Park area. - Developing a partnership proposal outlining the benefits and opportunities for collaboration. - Organizing meetings and presentations with community leaders and school administrators to discuss potential partnership initiatives. - Creating a plan for ongoing communication and collaboration between Scholars Education and the community/schools. - Implementing partnership initiatives and evaluating their impact on the community and schools.
