CRM - App Design & Implementation

We have recently released a mobile app that allows business users to send a request to a customer for a review on Google. Our CRM needs to have new functionality added to capture the reviews being added to the business profiles and to allow for responses, if possible. We would like students to focus on: Familiarizing themselves with the FlutterFlow.io tool for building mobile apps, especially the integration with Firestore. Learning the Google Business Profile APIs to identify how to implement the connection between the platform and the business location on Google, using OAuth. Implementing the functionality required to notify the business of new reviews that are received on Google within the FlutterFlow.io project, Google Firebase, and Google Cloud platform. Creating functionality to allow for automated responses.
