Human Resources Examination of SaaS + DEI Recruitment Efforts

Firefly Partners is seeking a project team to conduct a deep inquiry into a variety of ways Firefly Partners can improve and develop our application of SaaS tools, training programs for current employees, progressive pipeline development, and creative solutions for recruitment in underserved BIPOC communities for successful careers in digital marketing and serving progressive non-profit organizations. Project 2: Human Resources Management SaaS Project Scope + Objective: Firefly Partners will examine our job descriptions for bias, assisting us in develop training materials for the variety of SaaS programs we use. The project will encompass: 1- Develop the objectives of the project 2- Develop evaluation plans and baseline data 3- Collect data during the project implementation 4- Isolate the effects + impact of the project outcomes 5- Convert the data to usable statements 6- Evaluate hiring practices for DEI markers at Firefly Partners both tangible and intangible 7- Develop + deliver a report and communicate results for improvements to be implemented at Firefly Partners · Examination of job descriptions, recruitment platforms, policies, training materials, and culture for progressive DEI staffing efforts · Create a report with tangible recommendation for training programs and improvements for the SaaS programs we use · Recommend ways in which Firefly Partners can develop outreach efforts in underserved communities – BIPOC communities in order to develop pipelines of future employees. Including, UI/UX, Design, Developers, Project Managers, Digital Marketing + Sales. During needs assessment, the team will look at the SaaS platforms and tools Firefly Partners uses. A full evaluation, including market research, of digital marketing companies that serve progressive non-profit organizations hiring and training practices to identify the industries best practices A deep inquiry into a variety of ways Firefly Partners can improve and develop training programs for current employees, progressive pipeline development, and creative solutions for recruitment in underserved BIPOC communities A final report and recommendations that include recruitment trends, best practices, progressive development of recruitment venues + training programs to ensure success.

Progressive Non-Profit Digital Marketing Impact on Communities Data Collection

Firefly Partners work with progressive non-profits across the country. We need to gather qualitative data that can tell the story of how our work with our clients has amplified their efforts and increased their impact on the communities they serve. We pride ourselves on our partnerships with our clients that result in improving digital platforms so they can increase their work, impact, visibility, security, and fund raising efforts. Yet. we don't have any data that tells the story of our partnership resulting in a value based data set. We would like help in completing the gathering of such data through surveys, interviews, and other data methodologies. Please see the attached scope of the projects focus.
