This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Reviewing and organizing financial documents for personal and corporate taxes.- Analyzing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy.- Preparing financial statements and reports for tax filing purposes.- Providing tax consulting services to clients to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.- Developing financial security planning strategies for clients to optimize their tax situation.

Website Optimization and Design Project for Orientum Group

The main goal for the project is to optimize and design the company's existing website using WordPress, Elementor, and coding in HTML and Java. The website should be user-friendly, visually appealing, and reflect the innovative and reliable services offered by Orientum Group. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Analyzing the current website and identifying areas for improvement- Designing and implementing a new website layout using WordPress and Elementor- Coding and integrating HTML and Java elements for enhanced functionality- Testing the website for performance, responsiveness, and user experience- Making necessary adjustments based on feedback and finalizing the optimized website

HR & Administration

The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply)Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals.Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program.

Graffiti Art Project

The main goal for the project is to create a graffiti art project for OG's new office. The art should reflect the company's brand, values, and culture and contribute to a vibrant and creative work environment for the employees.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching and understanding the brand, values, and culture of Orientum Group.- Developing concepts and designs for the graffiti art project.- Presenting the concepts and designs to the company for approval and feedback.- Sourcing and preparing the materials needed for the art project.- Executing the graffiti art project in the designated areas of the office.
