Social Media Marketing Campaign
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending social media management tools to schedule our content.

Re-Work Movement Content Creation
Our company helps people eliminate burnout and craft the careers of their dreams. Our instagram page is an important awareness tool and place where we get to share valuable resources and inspiration as we grow our community. We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our brand and community growth ambitions. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our offering Familiarizing themselves to our current social presence Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails Developing ideas for new social content Supporting our founders in content creation and production days Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing and improving designs based on feedback. Our ultimate goal is to grow our community (via our email list) and our impact.

During my time as the Deputy Service Manager at Sterling Bank Plc, Nigeria, I was tasked with assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth-run of the day-to-day activities of the branch. Alot of my duties included ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining accuracy in transactions and data. I employed the bank's CRM tools and analytics tools to interface with customer request, identifying customer trends and ensuring the branch was tailoring its offering to meet the customer demands.
During my time as the Deputy Service Manager, I achieved and maintained over 95% accuracy in customer data across various platforms.
